Our wedding will be held in the scenic countryside of Mulgowie, Queensland. 

While accommodation within Mulgowie is limited, there are several suitable options available in the nearby towns of Laidley (approximately 15 km away) and Gatton (approximately 30 km away).

Nearby Accommodation Options

Laidley – 15 km from Mulgowie
Laidley offers a selection of motels, charming bed and breakfasts, and country-style accommodation. The town also features a variety of cafes, restaurants, and essential services.

Gatton – 30 km from Mulgowie
Gatton provides a wider range of accommodation, including motels and serviced apartments, along with supermarkets and additional amenities for extended stays.

On-Site Camping

For guests who wish to remain close to the venue, Andrew’s Uncle & Aunt, have kindly offered a designated section of paddock at the rear of the property for caravans, camper trailers, tents, and swags. 

Please follow signage to this location on the day.

Please be aware of the following details:

• This camping area will be unpowered

• Toilet and shower facilities will be provided for your convenience

• A BBQ breakfast will be served the following morning for those staying overnight, or in the area, before travelling home.

As both bride & groom parties will be preparing at the property on the day of the wedding, we ask that all camping guests:

• Arrive well before the ceremony to set up any camping arrangements, 

• Once set-up, make your way directly to the front of the property as you entered, and mingle with other arriving guests, out of respect for the privacy of the bridal and groom party during preparations,

• Proceed promptly to the ceremony site for a 3:00 PM start, allowing the bride a peaceful and private lead-up to this special moment.

In addition, we respectfully request that all camping guests:

• Use the bins provided and dispose of all rubbish appropriately,

• Please only access designated and signed areas, as this is a private property.

• Treat the property with care and ensure the area is left in better condition than it was found.
